EyeTV won't export audio

I have an iMac running Leopard. I have EyeTV installed which allows me to record TV shows to the Mac. I want to export a TV show in EyeTV to iMovie on the Mac. When I use the EyeTV export menu and select exporting to iMovie '09 (which is what I have) it seems to work. When I play the file in iMovie there is no audio. Help!

Snafus in Eye TV are usually pretty simple to correct. Did you verify that the audio was actually recorded by playing back the file from within the Eye TV ap? Also, from within iMovie, click on your audio adjustment tab and make sure the volume is turned up. Hope this helps.
