It should be very slow. But why the new install? Was there an issue that caused you to start over?
So in short, the common reasons I run into for slow on new install is the owner that installed relied on Microsoft for drivers. Sorry folk, that doesn't cut it still.
Also a common other reason I run into is a bad HDD. For this I need a Web Speccy report which will have the HDD health report. I zero in on the 01 and 07 values first then look at the other parts of the report.

I am running a I-3 4130 Intel Ram 8G ddr3. Win10 updates and legal. I reinstalled it. The problem is that my browsers run so slow, sometimes 30 seconds open a fcebook post or a minute to open a window. No malware or virus. I bought MSI Computer VGA Graphic Card GT 710 2GD3 LP thinking 2G graphic card would help. THE COMPUTER is still slower than computers I had 10 years ago. Please help!!! Thank you!
