Extracting data from recovery partition

My HDD recently gave out on my laptop and didn't have a backup so i sent it back to dell to get my replacement HDD and when I got it back I noticed I had a recovery partition on it and i just wanted to know if their is a way to extract those files to a USB so I can use them again?

There are discussions about the Dell recovery partition

If you read a few you find that there is no way to re-use it by extraction as it's integrated with BIOS and boot area information. Your best bet is a full drive backup so if you lose the drive you can restore from that.

That's likely for system recovery and not...

data recovery. For that you need to backup.
