External Samsung Camera Other Uses

I have an external Samsung TV camera (cy-stc1100/za) and was wondering if it can be used on anything else. Seeing that I don't need it for the TV any more.

I've yet to see a driver.

https://www.quora.com/Can-I-use-a-Samsung-TV-camera-through-a-computer-or-Mac kicked it around before.

My advice is to ask for a refund.
