RAW means 'unformatted'. There's a good chance you can use it again if you format it again from Disk Management. This, of course, will delete everything that's on it. You do have a second copy (a backup or the original), don't you?

Hi, I have a Samsung 1TB M3 Portable external HDD. My problem is that when I connect my HDD to any laptop, the HDD is reading but in 'My Computer,' it shows me 'Local Disk (K) :' instead of the label I kept. Also, it doesn't show the size in My Computer and when I try to open it, it tells me that Local Disk K is not accessible. I have changed the wire but I'm having the same problem. Also, with device manager, it shows the system partition is RAW? I know NTFS and FAT but I don't know RAW. What do I do? Please help!
