Solution For Problem

This problem can be arises due to the driver issues in your operating system, using the wrong file system, partition issue in your external system or the worst case scenario is that your hard- drive is crashed or there might be a problem in your port. Had you checked your USB port by connecting with other external devices such as a printer, keyboard, mouse, etc? You can check for one of these cases to resolve your problem.
