External Hard Drive does not show up in Windows Explorer

by sims12345 / February 28, 2009 10:12 AM PST

After encrypting my drive using true crypt, I decided I didnt want it so I formatted it with a progrma called Active Kill Disk for Windows.

Now, when I plug it in, Windwos makes the litte noise that ssays that something has been plugged in but it is not showing up in Computer but I can see the drive in device manager.

I am runnign Vista Home Premium and my drive is a Seagate FreeAgent 500gb external hard drive.

Any help would be apprecaited, thanks!
