External Cardbus reader

Jun 8, 2006 4:17AM PDT

I have a requirement to test cardbus controlled wireless access points in a temperature chamber, with overvoltage settings and such. Sycard makes a cardbus extender allowing external supply, http://www.sycard.com/ext135.html so that solves the overvoltage problem, however...

How can I extend the cardbus control from a PC to the inside of a temp chamber? It seems most external PC card readers/writers only supply 16bit bus, not 32bit cardbus. Does anyone know of a good solution to this, any product allowing extensions through SCSI perhaps to a cardbus reader/writer 1-2m from PC, preferably with operating temperature above 50C?
