Extended Warranty For Kodak Z915?

Dec 23, 2009 1:58AM PST

I know MY default answer is always NO, however I have had many issues with our kodak V803(horrible auto focus, freezes, can't focus in dimly lit occasions).
I looked up many reviews and still decided to get the Kodak Z915 over the Sony DSC-H20, mainly because of the price, and the fact that Sony has the proprietary memory stick bull$=#!.
It's a X-mas present so I can't open it up and tinker with it. I am having a bit of buyers remorse and was hoping someone might have had some extended experience with the Kodak. It doesn't come with a power cord, but I have several rechargeable batteries, but it might be nice to have the option of directly plugging it in.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone out there has had problems with this camera. And of course, what are your feelings on extended warranties?
