I don't know your background but did you get it in writing it was going to be covered? If even an email to that effect with a name and contact that said it was going to be covered. The discussion of verbal contracts and promises is rather well done. This may be a refresher in that area.
Back to your warranty copy and read it again. Are they in or outside the agreement?
I use duo 11 ultrabook of vaio sony .I bought same in 2013 TEchnically Model name is svd11213 cn. A high end full touch ultra hd screen.
I had seen a bubble on my screen few days back.I reported same to service center and they admitted that it was a defect in product and will be covered by extendded warranty and you need not pay anything.Now afetr 10 days they are sayaing the part replacement will be chargable and not covered by warranty . In the mean time the person of Swervice center already opened the laptop and damaged the screen even more which makes it toattaly unusable
Now it is his mistake and i have to suffer
What remedies are available to me ?
