Express Card slot for laptops

So I am now needing an express card slot(wireless network purposes) for my non-express card slot laptop. If possible, I want to just install an express card slot to the notebook.

Is it even posibble to do so? I need the answers to determine whether I have to buy another one or just add one.

More options are greatly appreciated.

3g router concept?

I looked on the 3g router thing and I don't think I understand the concept

If I am right, is the concept something like:
1. Connect your phone to the router with usb
2. The router will transmit internet signal from your phone
3. The laptop will receive the signal and connect the internet through the phone.

Is it something like that?

But your top post writes about an Express card and now you have a phone.

One thing is not the other and the solution I noted is not about a phone.

Can you try again?
