Express Camera

These are bad people and I repeat what others have said - avoid them!
My complaints
1.The camera and some of its parts were defective. (I had the camera inspected by a camera store technician)

2. Parts were sold me at inflated prices that were part of the manufacturer's package and part of the original price i.e. I was sold the same items twice.

3. I purchased a manufacturer's extended warranty, but I was sold an extended warranty not from the manufacturer.

4. My original purchase was $1,495. I was fast-talked into purchasing additional items running my bill to $3,100. I did not understand what I was purchasing and the invoice is not itemized.

We have seen many complaints about this company.

In the future, you need to check out any on-line company, before ordering.

Here is what Epinions.com has to say about Express Camera:

Even with sites like Epinions.com, don't be content to read just a few customer opinions. Read at least 30.
Some of the worst companies have their employees submit glowing reports to try to counteract all the bad reports.
