1.) You can offer such a module for download and include a basic example, but there will almost always be some user configuration required. Thus, you'd be targeting those who have at least a basic understanding of web development, not the average user who uses the 'build a website in three easy clicks' services.
2.) You could do some trickery to make that work. For instance, divide up a 1,000 page document into 20 50-page documents on the server. Then, in Flash, AJAX in the next file and display it to the user as one seamless document whenever necessary based on the user's activity, such as scrolling, clicking forward/back buttons, requesting to jump to a specific page, etc. It would take some work, but it's very doable.

Dear all,
I have a very specific question on web viewers and more precisely Flash document viewers very similar to the one used by this site : http://www.needocs.com/
1- Is it very complicated to develop an "export" functionnality enabling people to copy/paste a code and get the viewer on their own wordpress blog or personal pages?
2- Still regarding this viewer, I'm looking for a way to have a flash viewer in streaming since the content i'm dealing with is quite heavy: more or less 10mo to 40mo.
Any tips,insights, feedback highly welcome.
Regards and thanks for your help
