Export/import Outlook contacts folder between computers???

I am desperately trying to transfer the contents of several Outlook contact folders from one computer to another, so that the entire list of contacts doesn't have to be re-typed.

Does anyone know how this is done? I would be hugely appreciative.

Without the exact version of Outlook, I can't point you to the procedure. But type in...
