Explorer has caused error.

by mk55 / September 17, 2006 11:39 AM PDT

My girlfriend's computer has this message. Explorer has caused an error in KRNL 386EXE. She has Windows ME. How do I get rid of it. I can close it out but it keeps coming back. The system does not seem to load. What do I need to do. Thanks.
