It opens with Libraries (that's the English equivalent) selected in the left pane and all 4 libraries in the right pane.
I've never seen anything wrong with that. Why do you think it should be otherwise, and how do you want to see it?

In W 7 when I clic on explorer.exe it gives me "bibliotheque" dir!Explorer.exe is well in windir and is an "application" nothing seams wrong.I try sfc nothing,chkdsk nothing,antivir malware nothing,reg clean nothing!!!
