Possible cause of the problem

have you run any programs that disable start up programs cuz if so you may have told your computer to disable explorer.exe from start up. If so just try to open that program or find a way to open explorer and set it to start back at start up. Although if Windows XP needs certain programs at start up in my expeirience it over rides what you tell it to do. So sorry to say it but you might have to do a fresh instal. As for not losing the files conect your hard drive to another computer if possible as a second drive and copy them to that persons hard drive or burn them to a cd/dvd. Then simpaly reformat your computer after reinstaling your hard drive. I hope this helps

Bittorrent

That may be the problem.

You didn't say what these files were you were downloading, but too often we see in these forums the damage such P2P file sharing utilities can cause when people come across a virus infected file, and they have no method to scan such files before opening them to search out such malware.

yes now that you`ve said that i think that i think that too!
cause i have the nod32 and it asked me to terminate some things but i ignored them.
but also if there where the problems,it would be okay
i found so much software, games, and videos
important things that i ever wanted to have!

but i dont really thing that something like a troyan would do that kind of things, i really am more thinking about vista inspirant 2
that i installed, what are you`re meanings about it?

Software, games and videos.

Here's the problem.

These bittorrent utilities are, too often, used to download copyrighted content, eg games, software, videos, music, that is otherwise commercially available and is not free. This is called Piracy, and is illegal in most countries.

Because of what you say I make the assumption that these software, games and videos you have downloaded are subject to copyright. Forum Policies forbid us to help where illegal activities are undertaken and I believe you have transgressed these policies.

Therefore I am locking this and your other discussion. If you feel I am mistaken, please feel free to contact me through my profile.

I would strongly suggest you take notice of your Nod32 anti-virus and start removing al of that malware from your system.
