The default for store mode is Dynamic. For Home Use, it is Standard.
As for firmware, 1006 is on the website as the most recent update. If you notice a problem with your replacement parts, it could probably be explained with a phone call to where you purchased it from.

WHY DO I HAVE MICOM: T-PRLAUSM-1006 INSTEAD OF T-PRLAUSM-1007. I have a processor with 1008.0 and a subprocessor with 1006. Always saw 1008.0 with 1007 in firmware string. Also wierd the defaut setting when 1st turned on was standatd not dynamic picture. Got some crap from samsung that Micom: T prlausm-1006 works better than Micom: t prlausm1007 with 1008.0 Will have a problem
