Exchange Server Email Signatures

by rowanb888 / January 30, 2007 12:34 AM PST

Hi All

Does anyone know how to set up a standard email signature through exchange server (saving me from having to set up email signatures on about 30 different machines individually)??

Thanks

Rowan

Your IT staff could implement such with policies, login scripts and if they are really good could write their own addin. I don't know what capability your IT staff has so I noted the usual items people use.

Hi Bob

I am the IT staff!!! It is quite a small company so we don't really have anyone who is specifically employed or fully qualified to do the job - and as I have a fairly good knowledge of (basic) IT then it seems to have become part of my role.

Things like this though I am not too sure about and are a bit beyond my capabilities - hence the post. Thanks for your help anyway - I'll try out what you suggested.
