Exchange 2003 GAL replication btwn multiple organizations?

I have my exchange 2003 organization in my 2003 forrest. I would like to replicate my GAL and somebody else's GAL with each other. ADC's are used from 5.5 to 2003, and I WILL NOT put a 5.5 box online. So... how can I replicate GALs with my Exchange 2003?
