Excessive Web Page Request Error

Not sure if I have a virus, spyware, cookie problem, or what!!

Over the past month or so, I have tried to look for tickets on Ticketmaster a couple of times. Every time...even on the first attempt in days, I get an error message:

Please note.

We limit the rate of web page requests that can be made by individual users in any given time period. Your web page requests have exceeded these limits and your access has been temporarily disabled. We impose these limits to protect the web site from automated programs, as part of our efforts to promote fair access to tickets. Please allow several minutes and then try again.

I have deleted cookies and temp files. Nobody else has access to my computer, so it is not a case of someone else having searched. I'm wondering if I have some sort of spyware or other program on my computer causing this. I have a firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spyware on my computer...and all come up with no problems. But, this is beyond annoying!!

By the way, I have also tried contacting Ticketmaster, and of course, they have not responded.
