I bought my samsung galaxy note5 a year ago. This phone suddenly get displaying error at the last day of my warranty. I looked for repair under warranty, and this is the beginning of a extremely terrible experience. Canada Samsung customer service agent insisted that there is a physical damage on my phone because there is a light scratch on the screen based on the picture I sent. I argued and then an agent named Raphel in Executive Customer Relationship Department asked me to go to their authorized service center, let the technician check the phone and report to him in person through a phone call. He said he will give me a service label once he heard from the technician that there is no physical damage. I did so and then Raphel ate his words. He said he still can't believe the technician, so he asked the technician to provide a written report then he will give me a service label. The technician did so. Do you think I get the service label? No, you can never guess out what happened. When I called back, another agent named Barack in the same department said no matter what the technician wrote, he saw a scratch on my screen, and that is a physical damage. And he said they never asked technician to provide a written report.
Excuse me?
I hope I didn't bought Samsung's product. Unfortunately, I did. But I promise that none of my family will ever bought Samsung again. There are so many options for me. Samsung canada customer service shows no respect to customer, they beat each other, they never feel sorry for customer, and they try their best to avoid a under-warranty repair.
Oh, BTW, every time you call them, be ready to have a >1hr long conversation, because their system and their agents are both very slowww.
