Excel printing error

by heLpmJ / January 30, 2006 2:01 AM PST

I was printing an Excel document and an error message shows: ?Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, program C:\ Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Excel.exe, abnormal program termination?.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing Office 2000 but the problem remains.

may i know why and how to solve it?
many thanks.

I'd be updating drivers for video, printer and scanning the machine with HOUSECALL and EWIDO.

Then again, I might load OPEN OFFICE (http://www.openoffice.org ) to see if it could print it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
