EXCEL HELP PLEASE

Nov 2, 2004 11:21PM PST

I work in a Doctors surgery and I'm creating a Spread Sheet for a select number of patients to monitor their blood results.
I need about 30 charts on each patients sheet, To save me doing each one seperately I have tryed to copy and paste them in to the next patients details.... But all the charts refer to the previous patients details. Is there anyway of copying them so that they relate to the sheet they are copied in to?

Thanx

Alexandra Huckerby (fustrated and tired!! )

make an Excel template (.xlt)

Make up a Excel template by removing all the individual specific date removed, and save it as (Save As: Template *.xlt).

Then when you want to create a new spreadsheet for a new person just open the template. When you go to save it, it will be automatically saved (unless you change the default) as a regular spreadsheet (.xls).

Hello Xandra,
Please get into more details like how would your Workbook look like? Does every Workbook contain 30 Worksheets and how would the Worksheets be named? How would each Worksheet look like?

She didn't say 30 worksheets, she said 30 charts.
They may not be on 30 separate worksheets.

I need about 30 charts on each patients sheet.

Does she mean 30 graphical charts on a worksheet? Does a chart contain the vital signs of the patient for a specific day? That's why she has to be more detailed if she wants to be helped.
