Excel font

How can I set a Bold 10-point Arial font as the default font for Excel 2002? So far, the easiest way that I know I can set that as the font for groups of cells is by first highlighting a complete row or column (or by highlighting multiple rows or columns using the Ctrl key) and the configuring the font for all highlighted cells.

My version of Office is XP Professional and uses Service Pack 3.

..its General Tab, but "Bold" not an option for default. Sorry.

I think "Bold" cannot be defaulted is that it is not a "standard" thing to do when typing, as bolding is usually used to "highlight" words. For you needs, I would select the whole sheet, then format fonts...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
