Bportpat,
It's all wizard driven. All you've got to do:
Make a table with an x(A?) and y(B?) column, like
x y
2 2.0
3 3.95
4 6.03
5 8.02
6 9.97
select this table, choose insert graph and fill in the right things, to get the straight line (approximately: y=2x-2. It takes some experiments and possibly much right-clicking to get the finer details (like legends) right. The first time is definitely the most difficult, and personally I tend to forget the details if the last time is more than a few days ago.
When I did my chemistry, there was no Excel yet, but something called (in Dutch) 'millimeter paper'. Nice brown horizontal and vertical lines, 1 millimeter apart, and with a pencil, an eraser and a ruler we made the nicest straight lines you can imagine.
Good luck,
Kees
Ok im taking chemistry in school and i am trying to
buid a graph rather than a chart i would say.
