Excel and clicking e-mail addresses

Jun 24, 2004 11:17PM PDT

I have a question in Excel maybe can be answered:

When I have a small spreadsheet or database of names and e-mail addresses and I've imported them I can't click the e-mail link (to go into my Outlook or e-mail program) like typing in a new e-mail address and hitting the [Enter] key - since it automatically puts a blue 'clickable' link to a fresh new address. How do I apply that to my existing list without difficulty?

I know you can individually use the mailto: me@emailaddress.com and the blue link appears (similar to a hyperlink)

How do you make all e-mails clickable? Is there a way to change all static e-mail addresses in (black) by highlighting them and making them (blue) and clickable?

e-mail: jschranz@keatingco.com

thanks
