I worked for the Police and have been asked to use an Excel spread sheet to track peoples jobs and the time line of them from beginning to completion. The idea behind it is that if someone is giving a deadline of say 4 weeks that this spreadsheet would continually show how much time this person would have left and maybe flash different colours as the task neared the completion date.
My question is does Excel have any facilities like this? I am ok with Excel and cant think of any feature Ive heard that match this so I am guessing the answer is no.
If no does anyone know of programme that may contain such a feature?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
