Excel 2010 - View Ribbon/Print Preview - is this available

This is a standard Windows Excel function. You click and you see what will be printed along with moveable margins - it is an easy way to adjust a print that will be too wide or too long.

I am new to Mac and just bought Excel 2011. I can't find this function and I am kind of pissed. Actually, there are MANY windows excel options that are missing - but let's start with this one.

FYI - the Windows Excel 2010 is MUCH better software and I feel ripped off - OR maybe I am just missing what I am looking for
