Evotab Tablet Pixels Problem

Good evening,
I opened my tablet today and that's what I saw. Is there something that I could do to make it come back to normal ?

To me this looks like a failed LCD.

http://www.likeforex.com/currency-converter/indian-rupee-inr_usd-us-dollar.htm/18000 pegs this model to a pretty high price of 299 USD so let's hope they have a service center and parts to fix it.
