Kaspersky is Very Proactive About Internet Downloaded Files

and could be blocking(stopping) download if it finds malware. Could also be conflicting with ZA as BOTH have firewall (ONLY 1 Software Firewall can be active). You were advised in previous post that having BOTH "was un-necessary. Since you don't say which ZA version I can only guess if BOTH have background guards which could be conflicting.
I assume you don't have corporate BETA version.
I don't know if this report on Internet AV HTTP errors applies to you (they claim to have fixed in product updates)
You could also ask their tech support re this. There seems to be (as with most) an ongoing list of bugs & fixes. Maybe this is a new one?
Is your download manager a pretty modern one? Could the receiving cache size be set too small for the size of download?
As in previous post, this thread, what you're downloading and how trustworthy the site/publisher is could be a factor. Good Luck! Happy

with both comicfan and tobeach.

1] Where are you downloading from?
2] What size files are you downloading?
3] What sort of internet connection are you using, dial-up, cable?
4] Running two firewalls is not recommended. They will surely conflict.
5] What error messages do you get?
6] What sort of files are you downloading?
7] Have you ever been able to download large files, or files of any size?
Cool If so, when did it stop and what happened? (What had you changed?)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
