I don't know if there are any more posts by Evans that refer to "Charly", but there are at least three! And they are all personal attacks and they have all stayed up.

Evans is a moderator. He has to moderate the forum in other words. Does he add anything positive to the forum or does he make things worse by his remarks? In my very modest opinion he makes the forum an intolerable and insolent place.

I understand that some members do that. But a moderator? NO! Moderators may agree with me or not, but the way Evans is conducting himself is not representative for Cnet. How long is he going to be permitted to go on like this? He is condemning members of being who they don't are and on top of that making personal attacks! That is not what moderators in Cnet are to do as far as I know. Is there any moderator who has the back bone to stop this persecution and these paranoiac manners that he is putting across here?

Thank you.

What a joke....I noticed how you didn't bother

to also post any links to your own posts that have been seen to be baiting/taunting/flaming to other members during some of the time you've been in SE. You also waiting two months before coming here to complain about DE's posts to you (the first two links) wherein you also stated in your response to one of them that you weren't coming back to SE. The third link you gave is to somebody else entirely, and that member didn't deny or complain about it.

We've had our fair share of trouble makers over the last few years in SE...you aren't the first, you won't be the last, and they all get dealt with sooner or later. You may or may not be 'Charlie'....he has been known to use many aliases to keep coming back and haunting us, just as a couple of others have done; however, sometimes, your posting style is very similar, including the wording and spelling, so it's easy to understand DE's reaction.

However, even with that said.....nothing in your links to his posts to you shows insulting or harassing behavior nor does it reflect, in my opinion both as a member and a Moderator, a personal attack. Rather I saw it as a 'warning' that the SE Moderators are looking for specific behavior patterns and you happen to fit that pattern. Change your style, and there's no problem as far as I can tell.

stroke or heart attack over it, don't come to that forum.......easy solution to a problem only you and a few others have. There are thousands of other 'free for all' forums available on the net to choose from and they would take you in a heartbeat.

You and the others seem to misunderstand that the complaints are NOT a one way street or door you can walk through. We have been complaining about you guys and your disrespect for members for years, and you keep coming back. Why would you think that you have a patent on that.....?

There are rules that you personally agreed to when you registered. If you don't want to follow them, you are free to keep moving along and trash a different site. The thing you don't seem to get is that the Moderators didn't make the rules....we only enforce them and Lee oversees anything and everything we make decisions on. WE are still there so WE must be doing it right.

the Feedback Forum, I am locking this thread because it's the same spittle and regurgitated bile that shows up in SE along with the same complaints and the same explanations and the same responses. I am forwarding my post to Lee and he can then decide what he wants done with it. He can either keep it locked, delete it, unlock it, or post his own response.
