I have been using Eudora as my email provider for many years and from what I have seen with other email providers, it is by far the easiest and user-friendly program out none!

Eudora has continued to upgrade their software and yet it always remains very easy to use. It is easy to understand why email users do not stray from the programs they have become accustomed to using since it is difficult to take on anything new; but that being said, Eudora is far and away, the best out there.

One last note, Microsoft's, as an email programs is the worst. My partner uses it and it really stinks and I would put in on the lowest of all shelves. Downloading and uploading to and from any hotmail account is about as slow as it gets and it is not at all user-friendly.

Lee...your weekly info is just great and you write and communicate in a wonderfully easy manner. I extend my compliments to you. You are a professional and know how to convey technical stuff better than most people out there.

Keep it up?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
