keith how will i know its updated where do i look im used to avg please tell me![]()
Well you could set it up to update on a schedule (it's in the program options) I don't use that so you'll have to test.
I have an EZ icon by the clock.
If I r/c the icon and select auto-download it will connect to CA and tell me my files are up to date or start a download of the new ref files.
Scheduled downloads:
Options -> Program -> AutoDownload -> Schedule Options
On the autodownload tab, you can also set whether you want to keep the download file and whether you want autodownload to be interactive. I've always had both clicked as I like to know what is going on (but it does mean that I have to run the download manually).
