Ethernet Card and Windows 7

I have Windows 7 on my Dell Optiplex GX620 and installed a wireless Ethernet Card: Linksys WLAN PCI/CardBus Adapter (you know the one that installs in the computer and has an external antenna) and it won't connect to the internet. I went to my computer devices and noted that two things were not working: Multimedia Audio Controller driver and most importantly the Network Controller driver. Both said driver not installed (code 2. If someone could offer me a link where I could download the drivers from my other computer and then install on this computer, I would truly appreciate it. Unless of course that is not the problem then any assistance you could give me would be truly appreciated. Thank you so much.
