Ethernet and Wi-Fi unstable

Was Windows 7, wi-fi was working good until i had Kromtech do a cleaning. My wi-fi severely slowed down and would drop carrier if another computer used the router. I changed to Windows 10, but was fixed short term. I bought an Ethernet cable and was getting 60mbps for 3 months then 6 weeks ago I began noticing inconsistencies in speeds and slowdowns during continued use. I tried Driver update and Slimware utilities which gave me weird viruses which restore couldn't fully repair. Ethernet bounces 15-30, phone is over 60. Router is fine.

Bad news I fear

Kromtech is also the company that put out Mackeeper which mods here have nothing good to write about.

It looks like the damage is done so restore to your last good backup or start over.

If you feel Kromtech should fix it, call them.

can't be that bad

as long as there is a connection there should be a repair tool...

Tell that to the mods.

Kromtech is that bad. If you feel there is a repair tool, Kromtech should have it but given the number of machines they cracked up, I would recover and forget them.
