Error when Installing

I am trying to install the accu-chek 360 software for diabetes management however I am repeatedly met this this error:

"Error 27502. Could not connect to SQL server ' (local)\ACCUCHEK360' Login failed for user 'Kirsten\Kirsten'. (18456)"<div>
Can anyone help?

It's their app and not a general Windows error

So back to them. Just yesterday I ran into another error like this and the shocker was the app was only ready for 32 bit Windows. Rare to see that today but the reply was "we're working on a new version."

Ask the app's owner about that error.

Thank you! This is so annoying as it is the updated version I have asked to supplied with for months and when I finally get it, it does this.
