error on page

by jazzmom / March 22, 2006 3:31 AM PST

Have a windows 95/98 and yahoo blue light is our service to the internet. When I am on the e-mail page down in the bottom left corner where the line reads Done I get error on page. This has enabled me from forwarding or moving or replying to my e-mails. What is causing this and why is it there? How do I get rid of it. It just started about 5 days ago? Thanks Betty Cooper

There is no letters or numbers or anything except error on page. That is all it says and it permits me from responding to e-mails or moving them to my different locations or forwarding them. Instead of the word done that is normally there it reads error on page. I just can't figure out why it is there. Thanks Betty

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
