While it would be nice if such errors meant something, all it means is "Windows had a problem" and nothing more.
Best of luck,
Bob

if its meaningless then why does it constantly happen is there something wrong?
However, if you had supplied the bare minimum that is asked for in RED LETTERS with each post and what you were doing at the time, that could lead to possible repairs.
The red letters read : "Note: If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem."

lexplorer is a well known virus (at least to those who play in this area) and should be dealt with quickly.
If you do have a typo, it's ok except where it counts. Error messages and such are places you need to review before posting or you waste a turn.
As it stands with only what's been told the suspects are still virus/trojan and SPYWARE. Your story has not been told in any depth and you seem reluctant to dive in. I'm unsure why.
Let me be blunt. That initial error message does not tell us what is broken or how to fix it. It only tells us that windows had an error.
