Samsung forum

just purchased Samsung UA32EH5300 worked fine for the first two days until i received a software update, updated it online now my smart hub gives me this error everytime i ty to connect to the internet. Tried factory reset and power cycle but didn't fix the problem..please provide me with solution

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for New Zealand. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung New Zealand portal for support on that product:

Error is due to Scheduled down time

From the Samsung US site:

"ALERT: Smart Hub / Internet@TV Scheduled Server Maintenance

Smart Hub / Internet@TV Scheduled Server Maintenance
7/18/2012 - 7/19/2012

The server will be down for scheduled maintenance to improve functionality in preperation for the 2012 Olympic Games. During this time the Smart Hub / Internet@TV feature will be un-accessible. Users will receive a notification before maintenance begins, but while the server is down they may not receive the message, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Maintenance Time (7/19)
Eastern (EST) 12 AM - 6 AM
Central (CST) 11 PM - 5 AM
Mountain (MST) 10 PM - 4 AM
Pacific (PST) 9 PM - 3 AM"

Guys I managed to fix the error_model_bind problem by manually setting the time and date.
