When I boot up my computer I get the error message err5;vfloppy.sys and err8;cannot find fake floppy drive

This sounds like a Drive Image error. Vfloppy (virtual floppy) is what it uses when it reboots from Windows to create an image of your drive. Once the image process is successful, the "fake" floppy is removed. So, it sounds to me as if an activity has not been satisfied. Do you have Drive Image installed or can you add more to what sequence of events led up to this?

How do I install the drive image that you are referring too. Please advise

I am hoping this will work. Your error points to one which can be received when something with Drive Image has gone awry. It has altered the MBR (master boot record) for an image session but never restores it. You can try to fix this and here is the link which gives some insights and instructions.
