Error messages after PCI Card installed.

Mar 13, 2005 1:43AM PST

I have Windows ME with 256 ram. I installed a Belkin Desktop Network PCI Card. After installing it my computer indicated that the hardware was installed and I needed to restart my computer. After restarting the trouble began. I wanted to continue setting up my wireless router for DSL. I received several error messages: "Explorer has caused an error in (unkown). Explorer will now close." It said that restarting my help, but it did not. The next message I received was "Vsmon has caused an error in (unknown). Vsmon will now close." The next message was "Ccapp has caused an error in MSVCP70.DLL. Ccapp will now close." I also received a message that said "The true vector internet monitor has shut down" I was not able to restart it so my Zone Alarm would be working. Any help will be much appprecitated.
