Error message when switching cards from splitcam to a4tech

I use my cam online and often use my splitcam feature. I went to switch out of splitcamcapture to a4techusbcam under my "select card" heading and got this error message..."unable to connect video graph". Anyone out there familiar with this and can offer me some help? I am somewhat a novice at webcam troubleshooting. Thanks.

But your error message is unknown to me. I wonder if the message was "Video pin cannot connect" which is known and a trip to google.com finds a possible solution. That message mentions "graph.txt" so this is why I note this error.

Thank you for alerting me to that. The actual message was "unable to connect video graph pins."
