Error message on start up in XP SP2

C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt is what the window says my system is operating in! YIKES! If I click cancel, it shuts everything down, so I've been clicking ignore but would like to reset whatever is wrong. Thanks

You've been infested, and this is one of the side effects.

Now you get to learn all about cleaning up spyware, and if you're smart, you'll stop using IE and as many programs thar depend on IE as you can.
