Error message in IE.6.0

I use hotmail for email, everytime as of the past couple of months rather at work or home when I try to open an attachment I get the Error Message:


Internet Explorer cannot download...tmail.com&_lang=EN&country=US from 64.4.34.250.

The file could not be written to the cache

I'm runnign Emachines T5026(3.06Ghz P4,512mb..)Trend Micro PC-cillan Internet Security

Did you try to find the answer? If not, why didn't you try? You don't have to answer any of my questions, but it helps me understand why people don't try the simple questions on google.
