Sep 20, 2015 1:55PM PDT

Hi,
Since I've installed Google's Cloud Print on my win7 pro + chrome browser' I get the enclosed error message - See pic.
What's wrong?
What can I do to solve it?

Just to be sure: you get that error message if you want to print something from Chrome on a cloud enabled printer? And everything is setup correctly (setup is more than install, of course: Your printer must be cloud ready and your cloud must be linked to your printer)?

No, it's when I start chrome browser

Thanks for asking.
The answer is No. I get the error message whenever I start Chrome on my pc, The pc is connected directly to the network printer and therefore I don't need Google Cloud Print for this device.
My Print Cloud is configured correctly, I guess, since I can print from my smartphone.

Then uninstall it. If that can't be done, because you can't run Chrome, uninstall Chrome, delete what is left in Appdata and download again.
