Hi All,

We have our own server we play on and have been playing this game for a number of years,
but lately when I have tried to join a online game on the server I have the error message below pop up and the game crashes
I can play the game fine on my own and I can host a game where others can join me
but not join the server
as far as I am aware of I am the only person getting this error message so it is purely down to my pc and not a server problem

"0x00000010" the memory could not be "read"
click on ok to terminate the program
click on cancel to debug the program

does any one have any idea why this is apperaring

Try downloading, installing, updating, then running a full system scan while in Safe Mode using the free antispyware program from the link below:

SUPERAntispyware Removal Tool

Tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the program and all patches? If not, do it.

Have you installed/uninstalled anything from the computer lately?

Cleaned out all the junk files and shut down unncessary startup programs and services lately?.. If not, please do. They might be conflicting with the program.

Remember, the more information you give us about your computer and the problem, the better informed our answer will be.

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
