I've changed nothing on my tv, yet the message "Unfortunately, All Access has stopped" displays every time I turn the tv on. It disappears after a few seconds and the tv then plays just fine. What is happening and how can I get this message to stop appearing?

I downloaded an app to watch ABC TV shows online via my LG browser. It didn't work. When I was getting the above message, i didn't make the connection that that is what ABC calls their online streaming app.... All Access. Delete the app. Problem solved.
