error message

i am getting 2 error messages. no.1.:"Msbkup has caused an error in <unknown>.Msbkup will now close."this happens when i log on.

no.2:"Netddx has caused an error in <unknown>.Netddx will now close." i get this one when on internet.
some help please.

I find prior discussions on Google.com and google groups that I agree with their fixes. Have you researched this?

i have had a look at google and cant find anything that will fix this problem.have you any more suggestions?

The usual is spyware, failing ram or misconfiguration. Your post is far too light on details to offer which it could be.
