This problem normally happens when you have bad install of .net framework.
go into control panel
go to add and remove programs
uninstall .net framework
then you will need to do an uninstall of your program
Download cclean (just google for its a free program and safe!!)
run cclean then

download latest .net framework from microsoft website
install .net framework then install your program ,everything should then be working fine.

Kindest regards
Dennis

Hi dennis,Thanks for your prompt reply. So I tried to uninstall .net framework but it won`let me.It reports file paths and source data stuff to me.Also I see I have many versions and addons installed.I am english living here in Switzerland so my windows version is in german and this is what I see in software:
.net f/work 2.0 sp2 185mb
.net f/w 2.0 sp2 languagepack german 6.30mb
.net f/w 3.0 sp2 169mb
.net f/w 3.0 sp2 languagepack 89.10mb
.net f/w 3.0 sp2 languagepack ger 37.52
I followed your instructions and downloaded ccleaner anyway, uninstalled usenext, ran the cleaner, reinstalled usenext.same problem with a slightly different message. As follows:
P4 now reads mscorlib
P5 2.0.0.0
P6 471ebc5b
P7 1aa
P8 12
So I would be grateful if you could advise me where to go from here. How can I force the old versions to uninstall.
Regards,
Keith.
